I came into the store expecting to just rent a wedding dress, but ended up both renting and purchasing on the day. Aliana was incredibly helpful throughout, especially with the veil and sleeves that perfectly matched the dresses. I am absolutely over the moon.
I hired my wedding dress and I could not have been happier. The dress fit perfectly after they tailored it to my liking. I am so glad I went with them instead of buying, it saved me money and stress without compromising on quality and elegance.
The staff are so polite and will do whatever you ask for. They make dresses of your dreams. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dress, as a hijabi and a non-hijabi.

The things brides ask first.
How much does it cost to hire a wedding dress?
Ours start at $500 for a three to seven day hire. What moves the price is the fabric, the beadwork and the hand-finishing, not the label on the tag. Alterations and dry cleaning are quoted separately, and there is a refundable bond of 10 per cent of the gown’s retail price.
Is hiring cheaper than buying?
Usually, yes. Hire starts at $500 where buying starts at $1,500, so it suits a gown you would never wear twice. Buying suits you if you want to keep it, alter it heavily, or wear it for both the ceremony and the reception. Plenty of brides do both, and decide in the fitting room.
What is included when I hire?
The gown, for three to seven days. Alterations are not included, they are quoted once we see you in it, and neither is dry cleaning. A bond of 10 per cent of the gown’s retail price is held; we take the cleaning out of it and return the rest, or you can have the gown cleaned yourself and keep the whole bond.
Can I hire if I am not in Sydney?
Yes. We hire Australia-wide. Start with the online consultation, $20 for thirty minutes, and we work out sizing, timing and delivery with you on the call.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, and it is worth it. Booked brides get a private room, a stylist for the whole session and gowns pulled in advance. We take walk-ins when we can, but that is a 15 to 30 minute look rather than a proper fitting.
Do you have modest or long-sleeve gowns?
A large part of the collection is long-sleeved, high-necked and fully covered, and anything can be adapted in the atelier. Tell us what you need when you book.
How far ahead should I book?
Most brides start looking 9 to 12 months out. If your date is sooner, say so. We keep gowns that are ready to go.
Do you sell dresses as well as hire them?
Yes. Gowns to buy start at $1,500 and run to $45,000 for couture. We also make gowns from scratch in our atelier, from $3,000, over one to nine months.
Every week, a new one leaves the room.
Come and try it on.
Most brides start nine to twelve months out. If your date is closer than that, tell us when you book and we will work to it.
